Patrón Kurt Sinner (formerly restaurante época) and Grill master Hollis Harris opened El Rio BBQ • Bar in December 2011 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Their combined experience in the event-restaurant-catering-BBQ business totals more than fifty years.
